Financial Policy

Office Payment Plan: an initial payment is due when treatment begins. The remaining balance is paid in monthly installments over a given period of time by check or credit card. There are no in-office finance or interest charges. However, a late fee will be charged for accounts 15 days past due.

Payment in full with discount: we offer a 5% courtesy discount for eligible patients.

Multifamily discount: we offer a 5% courtesy discount for additional member of the family.
